C Extended Fam
“Whoever teaches his son teaches not alone his son but also his son's son, and so on to the end of generations.”
Hebrew Proverb
What a great group! So much energy, such super personalities. It was a joy to spend a windy, blue-skied hour with the extended family this past weekend and get to know each of them just a bit. Hats off to these thoughtful kids and grandkids for making photographic memories for their elders. It's the holidays and there'll be other shoots coming just like this, and I know they'll make some grandparents very, very happy. There's no timeless, happy gift like a picture of those you love...

Cooper at Preston
Such a lovely boy. And fast. Such a wonderful mamma. And so dear. It was such fun to watch them play and splash and giggle together this morning at Preston. He is one lucky kid. Here is a sneak peak at some of my favorites at first glance.

A happy family is but an earlier heaven.
Now this is a gorgeous family! Fort Sewall in Marblehead is a super place to take pictures, even on a chilly November morn. These four twinkly eyes and warm smiles make it feel like just another perfect day by the water in New England.

A gift
| From September 2009 |
Sometimes it seems that there is one ray that can push its way through the leaves of the trees in a forest because someone up there recognizes the face of an angel below and gives the gift of Heaven to us all to see her in that way.
And this is why I like to capture these moments... Isn't she beautiful?
