J&Q are really quite awesome together. Cool, calm, cheerful and in love. J and I started our first right out of college teaching jobs together... almost a decade ago. What a lot has changed in our lives since then. I can't tell you what an honor it was to hear from her about her engagement and be asked to photograph them both. Another colleague and dear friend of ours always told me, the two happiest days in your life are the day you get engaged and the day your first child is born. Alas, I can say they are definitely among my faves along side our wedding day, subsequent children's births, honeymoon dayzzzz, oh and rehoneymoons, family reunions from foreign lands and and a few other hidden jewels along the way. Ah, life is good...
These two have the soon-to-be-married, forever's at our fingertips kind of glow. And, they've picked a gem of a wedding date! I know you'll enjoy this glimpse of their togetherness, as two hearts on the threshold of L.I.F.E, and as a terrific trio with their pup, Mister O.
